Extremely welcoming staff - and lots of them. Breakfast was exceptional - as much tea and coffee as you can drink.

Very attentive young lad who seemed to be running everything. His parents should be proud, top lad! Great location to centre. Very nice breakfast and catering staff.

Felt overpriced (though I think it's just the location as Keswick in general felt overpriced) Scenic view was a bit of a stretch, yes - mountains beyond the chaos I suppose, though it did say something about a balcony/patio which I don't recall experiencing. Just felt like a basic b&b but the advert and photos seemed to offer a bit more. The photos on Booking.com are very misleading. It was fine, not disappointed but I think it was a slight oversell.

Close walking distance into town and lake, clean and comfortable, close available parking space, lovely friendly host

Very close to both the town centre & the lake. Staff very friendly with good knowledge of the local area. Private car park

Not a dislike, more. Suggestion. We got very wet on our first day of the weekend & would have found it useful to have some coat hooks on the wall to hang coats up to dry, or maybe a little washing line in the bathroom ( like on cruise ships).
