"Great location, rooms & facilities, friendly staff too !"

Great location, great views to Derwentwater & beyond, free parking at rear, rooms & all areas very clean. Trip next door for breakfast was no problem, great views from breakfast room. Excellent breakfast & very friendly staff.

A fan in the room & long mirror fixed to wall.

"Lovely stay; welcoming staff and a brilliant breakfast and location"

Brilliant location, such lovely staff and easy efficient parking and check in and check out. Breakfast was lovely!

Only issue was there was no full length mirror in the room, which was a slight issue as we was staying there for a few days and had a wedding so had to run into the corridor quite often to check our suits and dresses when getting ready. Otherwise really good value for money.

Beautiful setting. Very comfortable bed and everything spotlessly clean. Onsite parking. Delightful welcoming staff.

Long mirror in main room would be helpful.

"A well run hotel in a great location."

Staff are first rate, friendly and welcoming.Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of quality food.Car park at the rear of the hotel is a nice bonus.Location worked well for us.Close to Keswick town centre.Views from the hotel are spectacular.We will return to Keswick as soon as we get chance and stay at this hotel.
