Front desk staff was friendly and accomidating. Maid staff was aweful, banging on door and window, yelling outside our room. Started before check out time and after telling them i was sick and trying to get ready to leave, pleaae give me a few extra minutes they continued to obnoxiously pester us. Said Im sorry as we were leaving and the maid(very rough appearance) gave us a grut spoke under her breath and a nasty look. We will not go back there again.

The front desk receptionist was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean. Most importantly, the a/c in the room worked great! Extremely fast check out.

There was nothing unique about the property. The customer service was terrible. The towels had pubic hair on them. There is no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. There is a bad smell when you turn on the air/heat and they wouldn’t even honor us a late check out for an extra hour. I will not be returning to this facility. It reminds me of a $30 per night motel.

The room look dirty and I set in the chair and nearly hit the floor. The remote back is held on.with grey duct tape. The toilet paper roll is 3/4 empty and its the only roll!😤😤
