Do not reserve In this hotel. Manager/owner Peter is not professional at all. His wife and him per our conversation are the only ones in the front office and no one else. According to this gentleman they work there 24/7 all the time. I made a reservation via Priceline and moments after I called the hotel to verify my reservation. They only have two options when you call it’s either you give out the room number that your trying to contact or the operator. I call the operator and I let them know I made a reservation and want to know if ofcourse the amenity I wanted was open which was the pool. The gentleman that Answered stated no I’m sorry it’s closed for the moment. So I tell them never mind I’m going to cancel so I call Priceline to cancel and they place me on hold while they call the hotel to ask for a refund. Well then they speak to a lady which I assume is the wife and she states the manager/owner mr Peter left for a moment but would be back in 15 min. So they stated they would call me back 24-48 hrs after to let me know if there were able to get a refund. I decide to call Priceline today and the representative states in their notes the agent that called yesterday stated he had spoke to a lady and they would get a follow up. So then today’s representative stated he will call again to see if he can request the refund and Mr Peter answers and stated that he had no record of anyone from Priceline calling nor me calling. Keep in mind I have my call record where I called the hotel and price line as well. So Mr. Peter states no he will not issue a refund so I was upset so Priceline stated I could call to try to talk to the owner. I decided instead to go to the property today and before going into the office I went to see if the pool was open and serviceable. I have pictures and witnesses that the pool had a red lock on the gate. There was a white plastic covering placed on a part of the pool. So then I went kindly into the office asked to speak to the owner which is Peter and he was the one that was there. I told him and explain the situation and kindly ask for a refund he stated no. I told him look I called yesterday and I specifically asked if the pool was open and your operator stated no. He said well you might had called the wrong number I said no. Can you tell me and verify the number and I can show you my call log he said no. I then see his business card which I got one with the name and phone number. I said this is the number I called, I showed him my phone with the call log and time and he said well I don’t know who you spoke to only me and my wife are here and answer the phone. I told him well isn’t it weird I call and speak to a gentleman and they tell me the pool is closed and then Priceline rep calls and he speaks to front desk as well to the same number and you have no record like really. He said I don’t know but no one has Called us. I told him this is dumb I said I didn’t come nor stay I called y’all and Called Priceline and we both have records and you can’t give me a refund, he said no I’m not I asked him let me ask you something. He says yes, I said what are your pool hours he stated it’s open 24/7 I said oh really I said because right now I just took a picture and it’s lock and it’s closed. He said no no no he said I’m not going to give you a refund. I stated perfect I’ll go ahead and request it from my back and from Priceline if you can’t help me I’ll submit my call log and the pictures as well he said do what ever you want. I rate this hotel a -10 if I could the gentleman got super nervous when I told him I would submit the pictures and my record of my call logs and submit horrible review. As a courtesy he could have atleast given a partial refund after I asked him and he stated no. He stated I’m not going to loose money I have a full house so what you want. Horrible hotel and experience ever so sad what money can do to people and businesses.

This property is horrible, dirty and unorganized. There is no amenities, no breakfast, coffee maker, pool closed . The place does not even look like the picture. The room stink and woke up with bite marks. Do not stay here

Booked a king bed smoking and they did not have. Gave me a double bed and first room had broken peephole so asked for another room and that room had the air conditioner stopped working. Parking area had trash and broken glass and people sleeping in vehicles The free continental breakfast was not given Also when I booked it stated that Golden Nugget was 3 miles away…..wrong it’s more like 7 miles a

It really wasn’t too much i liked about the hotel. The couch was dirty and stained . We had to Lysol everything down just to feel comfortable with laying down to go to sleep that night . Hotel wasn’t what we expected .

Always greeted with the best staff and so helpful. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Great location for Casinos, several choices of restaurants, and shopping. I have stay here several times. Will continue coming back. As a Senior trip advisor that stays in a lot of hotels this on my top 5.
