No need for me to say anything as I am a long term guest who when In Shenzhen only stays at The Langham, and all the staff and management teams know me and how I feel about them all Quite simply this Hotel and its staff are the best in Shinzhen.

Club Lounge food offerings are very repetitive they need to change options more frequently, its not nice eating the same food over and over again.

"I'll never forget the lovely smell of flowers in the lobby"

I honestly can't think of anything else but the smell of fresh flowers as you enter the hotel. It's an experiance. It's probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in and the staff were absolutely amazing. Can't recommend it high enough.

There is nothing to not like. Maybe the bar/restarurant closes a bit too early, but that's just me working too much and eating too late. Everything was great and anyone staying in the hotel will undoubtetly have a great time.
