Excellent location. The owners can’t do enough for you. Food was fantastic. Room was cleaned daily.

More basic facilities but as this is a smaller hotel and privately run that is to be expected.

location brilliant for our sight seeing staff were very welcoming friendly and helpful room small but comfy and clean liked the quirky fixtures and fittings Breakfasts ok bread and croissants very tasty

needs proper "builders "tea bags for this fussy tea drinker ! that's all I can say would improve my stay

"Heerlijke plek"

Tijdens onze wandelreis in de Dordogne hebben we 1 nachtje in Hotel Le Cro-Magnon overnacht. Wat een heerlijk feestje om hier op adem te komen. Jan & Ruud hebben een fantastische plek gecreerd en dit voelt je al zodra je naartoe binnenstapt. Kamer is top, heerlijk bed en douche. Je kunt er ook heerlijk eten en keuze uit heerlijke wijnen. We waren helemaal opgeladen en hebben vervolgens onze voetreis voortgezet met een grote lach op ons gezicht.

"The perfect base for the area."

A charming hotel, 4 minutes walk from the station. Delightful proprietors and staff. The very nice restaurant was excellent.
