Wildwood Snowmass

Good for the price point. Was very close to everything that makes trip fun. No need to rent car because of location so close to restaurants and shopping.

If you’re looking to stay at a Frat House this may be the place for you. Upon checking in I had to take a used sheet off the floor board heater so that the entire building didn’t burn down after that gross experience we went to use the hot tub that somehow had leaves in it from the Fall and we were there in late February. The hot tub was missing as many tiles as it actually had in place. Next of the gross list was pulling enough hair from the drain in the tub so that water could go down before flooding the bathroom. Not to mention the terrible construction, the broken faucet, missing hooks, doors that didn’t latch. Manager attempted to make it right but credited one night of our stay at a lower rate than we paid. Absolutely the worst accommodation I’ve seen.

My stay at Wildwood Snowmass was disappointing overall. The cleanliness of the property was below expectations, with noticeable issues that made the experience less comfortable. Staff and service were particularly lacking, with poor attentiveness and unhelpful interactions. The condition of the property and its facilities were also subpar, reflecting a need for better maintenance and upgrades. On a positive note, the area around the property was convenient, with good access to shopping and dining options. The location itself is walkable and offers easy parking, which was helpful. However, these benefits did not make up for the overall poor experience at the hotel. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

Ok for a last minute plan.

This is your basic ski lodge. The rooms are nothing fancy, but they are clean. The hot water worked, the heater worked I was wondering if I had made a bad choice after seeing some of the reviews. I did not. it’s a short walk to the slope. Free buses are 200 feet away. Restaurants surround this property. I just booked another trip there. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It's an old hotel that has had some renovations but still shows it's age. The hot tub was functional but looking ratty. Staff was friendly and the ability to use the airport shuttle from the hotel next door was nice.

A tired hotel with comfortable beds, hot water, and steps from skiing.

Dirty room on arrival. No cleaning program for 7 days. Now we had for first time to pay for outdoor parking. Non of this is on the web info. Restaurant on first floor is not serving breakfast as indikeided on w side. Old rooms and the plumng for WC and shower not working as it should.

Gross

It’s an old hotel that’s been renovated. Some things, like gaps under doors, aren’t that great. Parking is terribly tight & resort and parking fees are absurd.
