Everyone was amazing. Great food and great customer service. From the time of check in to check out process. you're treated like family.plenty of space to spend time with your family , it's home away from home. 5 star experience. I recommend this resort 100%! I had a great time with my friends. The house was clean, and the pool area was amazing ,it even has water slides. The restaurant also serves very good food. Paola made my check-in process very easy and provided all the instructions with a great attitude. Of course, I’ll definitely come back!

"Nice villa well appointed"

Great villa with hot tub and all amenities. Kitchen well appointed and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the stay here. Only noted issue was the floors (all tiled or laminate) appeared to be dirty. They didn’t seem to have been washed as there was fluff, hair and dust visible. I had to wear shoes everywhere otherwise your feet quickly became black. This really was the only issue otherwise the villa was perfect. Previously stayed in multiple villas and preferred the carpeted floors. Staff at clubhouse friendly and helpful. Overall I would recommend.
