Regal Oaks Resort Vacation Townhomes by IDILIQ

We have visited Regal Oaks for the second time. What a place, 10 minute walk into Old Town. Hand feeding the deer that are resident within the complex. Very short drive to the Disney parks. Car shows every Friday /Saturday, Celebration is 10 minutes away (if you’ve never been there before, it’s the place you would live if you had the money). Can’t fault Regal Oaks, it has all you need.

Prime location, very busy tourists area, Lots to do and see. Heavy traffic in both directions. Atmosphere is idle for families. Rooms were spacious, layout was great. A bit on the pricey side. Maid service was an additional fee, plus we were charge a hefty cleaning fee for cleaning up after we checked out, it was part of their terms. Service staff were not available. Our AC stopped works after 3 days into our trip (7 day stay). No one came to service it. The washer and dryer were outdated. Took forever to wash and dry our clothes. Fridge barely kept our food and drinks cold. The carpet on the stairs were on the grungy side. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom was way to high to climb out, accident waiting to happen. Other than that, we had a great time. We didn't really use the pool or the patio with jacuzzi. As we were gone all day. At the time of our stayed, temperatures were above 92 plus degrees for the entire trip.

Location, we picked this place and used it several times for the location

This is the only time we have stayed here that it hasn’t been clean when we arrived There was cigarette butts around the hot tub and on the ground by the door lots of them the hot tub was filthy debris in the bottom of the tub and a nasty film floating on top the water the stairs had stuff all in the carpet , the bathroom with the king bed has something sharp sticking up in between the carpet and tile that stabbed me on the foot with had to pay 200$ extra for cleaning for my 2 dogs and just wish it was clean

VEry comfortable house, quiet and well localized. Checkin and checkout were pretty simple.

Cleaning was not so good when we arrived. I stayed for 10 days and at least one day cleaning could be available in the amount. Kitchen utilities could be better also, with more options
