The facilities and restaurant

We were promised a lake view and got a parking lot view. Our town house was not available until close to 5pm! We were then promised a 20% per day discount and I have not received the discount yet!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The resort was beautiful, clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. A special thank you to Christine for her outstanding service. She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Her excellent customer service made our experience even more memorable. We truly appreciate all her efforts and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Solo la ubicación muy buena

Sillones y camas viejos Te sentabas todo rechinaba,estufa vieja y no servía 2 quemadores,el aire acondicionado se descompuso la última noche estábamos a 80 grados Fahrenheit,hablamos pero nadie contestó por qué en el lóby solo trabajan de 8 am en adelante, mapaches y gatos por todos lados en la noche,yo no lo recomiendo yo viajo 2 veces al año a Orlando y este es el peor lugar donde me e quedado

We booked a townhouse here because it was recommended to us by family who had stayed there about 5 years ago so we were expecting it to be as nice as when they went.Unfortunately it wasn’t worth the money we paid for resort fees plus cleaning fees on top of the actual price for the townhouse .The evening we arrived and paid all the extras we went to our house which we would be staying at for the next 14 days and were met with a very strong smell of foist it was that bad we had to spray deodorant and sprays .we went out onto the patio and the floor was filthy . The bedroom carpet had stains all over it and the towels had a large hairball in them .as it was evening and we had been on a long flight we had an early night .when we got up the next morning we realised the bedroom patio door had been open all night because the lock was broke and we had a frog jumping about the room .so we reported it to reception and told her the house smelt and wasn’t clean so she organised for the lock to be repaired and sent clean towels and said the stained carpets were wear and tear .also during our stay we had to report a broken toaster which set alight .we had to request a brush twice so we could sweep the living room/ kitchen floor because the one that was in the cupboard was rotten and only suitable to sweep outside with .the jets on the hot tub didn’t work so it was just like a hot bath ,we reported this but it took 2 days to fix it and it still didn’t work properly so we gave up asking it was nearly the end of our vacation .we asked to keep our house on as we had a late flight but were told they were fully booked even though we were constantly reporting issues with the townhouse they said we can use the shower room and facilities ,but ended up not bothering because the shower room was very dirty
