Lighting , tv placement on lounge area , a little out dated needs modernising to get a bigger score. Would still return there though

"Wouldn’t recommend"

This would be our 4th stay now in Regal Oaks, and each year we have seen the quality/cleanliness dwindle. The main reason for the poor score is based on the state of the property we stayed in. The house was not clean, had long black hairs throughout the house, bugs everywhere, dirty surfaces, grimy bathrooms. It has not had a good clean in a very long time. It was that bad, I went to the shop and bought cleaning products and cleaned the house after 16 hours of traveling. Furniture looked like it had been taken from a charity shop The main reason we stay at regal oaks is because of its fantastic location, 10 mins to Disney, 25 universal, everything is on your doorstep! I had an encounter with one of the ladies on reception, the older larger lady, her customer service was awful! The food in Zac’s was poor, I wouldn’t recommend. Overall, wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately, a full refurbishment is needed and I can imagine very few people would return to the state of the properties

"Could.be better. But I made the best of it"

Pool area

Been here about 4 or 5 times since 2018 and year after year my experience hasn't been as good. Our Hot tub was extremely low with water and looked rusted..I called front desk and they sent someone to clean and fill with water, but it was back low 2 days later. I didn't have the energy to complain about it a second time. There are a few other minor things,.like maybe it should be a vacuum available for carpet or pull all carpet and have only hardwood floors. Easier for customers to clean. Washer was an issue but tooken.care of by maintenance
