Pathetic hotel. Don't get fooled by the fancy pics. The hotel is in a shady area surrounded by shanties. Hopelessly insecure area. Stay at a lodge...but not here.

first of all when i went to that hotel he told he hasnt got the room and sent me to another hotel the hotel he sent was in very untidy location but the rooms was ok for one night stay.

Hotel charging Rs.400/- for International Airport was too much for 2 km drive. Hotel management is taking undue advantage of the guest.

very small hotel its like a store not a hotel and i trust Expedia and book this hotel but was very bad experience as Expedia i don`t know how they link kind of this hotel. very bad experience there was not place for breakfast in the hotel you order your breakfast and they will bring to your room so you can imagine how small hotel would be.

First of all I was not given accommodation in the booked hotel, ( planet plaza)put me in hotel cosmos,not given advance information,on the way to hotel was told by the driver I will be going to different hotel due to electricity problems, when asked to cancel said, could not do it,hotel room full of dust on glasses and water jug, overall very bad experience, not worth.

hotel is difficult to find. You really have to look for Mukund Hospital since the hotel is right opposite to the hospital. Very close to Leela hotel. The hotel stay was good. My room has AC doublebed. The bathroom was clean too. OK to use this hotel for short layover at a budget price. We arrived late night around midnight and ordered food through hotel staff and the food was really good.

we have booked this hotel for one night arriving noon time to Mumbai domestic airport and flying the next day from the international airport. As it says on the Hotel.com page, these hotels supposed to provide shuttles between the hotel and the airports. We have contacted the hotel front desk to arrange the shuttle from and to the air ports but there were no shuttles! They even ripped as off arranging a car taking us to the international airport for 400 rupees (3 min drive). Also, the hot water in the showers could only be used as “hot bucket”

Hotel rooms are very small, and also its location is not good. Not a single taxi driver knows about this Hotel, From front it looks like a small restrauant. Bed sheets of room is in bad condition, asked to House keeping staff to change it and his answer was 'These are clean bed sheets, and rest are in worse condition'
