Hotel Planet Plaza

The hotel is clean and well presented. The room is very small and felt claustrophobic, which then caused the smell from the bathroom to drift into the room. We had an airport transfer included but we needed an extra one which was greatly overcharged at INR 500. Outside the hotel people were offering a transfer for 200

meets the basic necessities. small room, but reasonable for the cost. clean rooms and good airconditioning. good pure veg and non veg restaurants nearby and proximity to the airport

We were shocked to see the entrance of the hotel as it was on a busy road crammed next to small shops.the exterior of the hotel had fooled us, the interiors were comforting and I really liked the room. It was clean, comfortable with a good ac. Can't say much for the service. We weren't given our complimentary breakfast on the first day and the breakfast given to us on the second day was pathetic. The bread was stale and the omelette was thinner than paper. The hotel has good comfortable rooms but service doesn't get any praise.

We spent there a few hours before our early flight. Small room with no window with A/C. Did not hear the noise from very busy and crowded street. Very small bathroom with small sink,bucket and shower in the wall straight on the floor. Dirty towels, not toilet paper.

NOT FRIENDLY,I HAD A ARGUMENT FOR WHAT I HAVE BOOKED . AND I HAVE ASKED FOR THAT THEY STARTED ARGUING FOR THE ROOM. I HAVE BOOKED THE HOTEL BECOUSE ITS NEAREST TO AIRPORT. BUT NEXT TIME I AM NOT GOING TO BOOK THIS HOTEL ,IF YOU DONT HAVE A MONEY THEN IT'S OK.ALSO BATH ROOM HAS A WATER DREEPS. NO TOILET ROOL THAT ONE ALSO I HAVE TO ASK;IT WAS BRACKFAST INCLUDED:- THEY PROVID ME 3 PIECES OF BUTER BREAD. ( FROM 1 SLICE OF BREAD THEY CUT 3 AND INE WAS MISSING.) SO OVER ROLL 3RD CLASS.

We had booked a deluxe room with king size bed through expedia but on arrival was told that the deluxe room is not available and that we had to settle with a room with 2 single beds. Where did the deluxe room with king size bed go that we paid for? Whom should we trust? the hotel or expedia? Rooms are very small.

located in marol pipelines,it was not very far away from the commercial shopping centers and malls, and transportation was also easily available. The staff were very polite and the room service was also prompt.

I had a short stay at this pathetic hotel..i would suggest pls dont go by the flashy pictures posted on the website. the hotel is pathetically located with worst staff. the rooms r not even average not worth paying even Rs. 1000/-. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone of my near and dear ones.

This Hotel absolutely goes with the name of Budget Hotel.. Very neat, great service and light of pockets..
