SOLANAS PUNTA DEL ESTE & CRYSTAL BEACH

First thing the key didn't work in the lock, the toilet didn't flush and that was after they asked me to pay again. Then they wanted my receipt sent to me. This seems like a destination resort because there isn't much around. Taxi cabs are very expensive. The restaurant had very limited hours. The gentleman at the front desk was very patient and helpful as I don't speak Spanish

Excelente todo. La atención fue muy cálida por parte de todo el personal. Lo único que si se va en invierno hay que pedir estufa para el baño sobretodo si se va con niños porque no hay calefacción en el baño. Tienen un buenm mantenimiento de las instalaciones. Es un lugar recomendable.

El hotel es muy cómodo y todo el complejo es muy completo.

HERMOSO TODO EL ENTORNO SOBRE TODO PARA LOS CHICOS, LAMENTABLE LA ATENCION, ESTADO DEL HOTEL, COORDINACION DE LAS ACTIVIDADES, UNA MESA DE PING PON PARA TODO EL COMPLEJO, NADA EN LA PLAYA, NI BAÑO, NI NADA, BAR DE LA PISCINA VERGUENZA. LASTIMA DA PARA MUCHO MAS. LOS CHICOS CON LAS ACTIVIDADES PAGAS LA PASAN BIEN, SE QUEDO EN EL TIEMPO Y LO MALO ES QUE LO QUE VENDEN NUEVO TIENE LOS MISMOS SERVICIOS Y ACTIVIDADES... LAMENTABLE

Excelente resort com construções de anos de construção variado, fiquei em um quarto novo e as condições foram excelente, não sei a condição dos outros. O greenpark é o mais novo em funcionamento, não sei como escolher isso no hoteis. Quando procurar no waze ou Google maps, procurar por solanas resort.

El entorno de Solanas es ideal para descansar. Nos hospedamos en el sector Royalmar que cuenta con una piscina que es parte del complejo. En esa piscina en general había poca gente. Las habitaciones están correctas pero ya es tiempo que tengan una reforma. La cocina y baño son muy antiguos. Muy bueno que tengan aire acondicionado en la habitación y el living comedor.

Passei o reveillon com minha família neste resort.Local muito bonito em meio à natureza,porém as instalações são muito mal conservadas,necessitando de reforma urgente! Chuveiro quebrado,colchão horrível e a limpeza deixa muito a desejar,chegando ao cúmulo a falta de limpeza no dia 01/01 porque era feriado! Ora,quem trabalha em hotelaria sabe que este serviço é essencial e os funcionários estavam todos lá.Trocaram só as toalhas e nem as camas arrumaram! Falta de respeito com o hóspede! Outro ponto negativo é o restaurante caríssimo com opção somente de um menu a 35 dólares por pessoa tanto no almoço quanto no jantar e a cobrança à parte da mesa de sinuca.O bom é que tem um supermercado e um restaurante bem em frente ao complexo.O serviço de praia é bom,com transfers regulares e serviço de toalhas,cadeiras e guarda-sóis na beira da praia.As piscinas também são bem bacanas.

We stayed at the Royal, one of the oldest buildings of the resort. Rooms are roomy and clean, have updated furnishings and are well equipped. It is a great place for families with kids, the entertainment crew keeps them active and engaged. Very nice gardens surround all the buildings and there are several pools. The hotel is a 5 minute drive to the beach and they also offer a bus shuttle to and from. Highlights of our trip included a visit to nearby Lapataya farm, where we had delicious cappuccinos with dulce de leche crepes and my daughter got to milk a cow and bottle feed goats and calves. We enjoyed strolling the beautiful gardens at Lussich Arboretum and visited Casa Pueblo (Carlos Paez Vilaro Museum). All are nearby, just a 10 min drive from the resort. Punta del Este is also a short drive from Solanas. We did not have time to go to Isla de Lobos, but that is a must for our next visit!
