The property is directly on Lake Zell, making its location superb. They have some games and water equipment available onsite for use or rent. There is a dock for the kids to jump into the lake from, but when we were there the area by the dock wasn’t so clean. The room was clean, and there was a private bathroom. Our bathroom didn’t seem that clean though and had an unfortunate odor to it. We spent most of our time there next door at Strandband Seespitz, where access to the lake was a little easier and cleaner. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful.

Rather spartan room with bunk bends in a children camp. But it was clean, staff was friendly, and all quiet after 10pm. Nice location on the lake shore.
