Alle Mitarbeiter/innen waren ausgesprochen freundlich u hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft direkt am See.

Very good location. Zell am See by foot or bicycle. Beautiful garden by the lake. Amazing view to the lake. The room is clean but it doesn't give you the sense of comfort

Friendly staff, clean rooms, outstanding view but the internet was bad and it's only on the ground floor. I would like to come back.

This youth hostel was nicer than many budget hotels. It was set right on the lake with beautiful views. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The staff didnot help at all. There is no wifi in the room and We had to use it in the lobby. This is more like a hostel more than a hotel and no lifts.

Hyfsat hotell med bara frukosta och personal. Wi-fi var gratis men täckte inte vårt rum. Det var ur dåligt med missvisande beskrivning av hotellet. Dyrt pris för ett kasernboende.

Stopp på fortsatt resa till Europa. Perfekt läge vid sjön. Nära till centrum men ändå en bit ifrån. Mycket trevlig personal. Lite trångt i familjerummet.

Utmärkt vandrarhem, bra service, prisvärt och fantastiskt läge. Dock enbart wi-fi i gemensamhetsutrymme.
