En el centro de actividades conocimos una jovencita de nombre Angélica, quien tras cada actividad demostró su dedicación y amor por los niños, tuvo una complicación en "la búsqueda del tesoro", sin embrago se dedicó, encontró la oportunidad de hacer pasar un feliz momento a nuestros niños Josefa y Vicente, es una excelente profesional.

Durante nuestra estadía con mi familia vivimos una situación incómoda, ingresamos al bufete en el último bloque de reposición, y ya no quedaba comida, solo fideos y papas fritas. Sin embargo pagamos la cuenta y pedimos hablar con Don Daniel, quien nos ofreció una nueva oportunidad al bufete como cortesía para mi familia. Cuando quisimos hacer la reserva nadie está informado de esta situación, y fuimos tratados como "aprovechadores" de un cortesía que nunca pedimos, nos hicieron conversar esta situación con muchas personas, debido a que no se traspaso la información, es lamentable por qué era la 3ra vez que íbamos. A las termas de Puyehue y no creo que volvamos a ir. Muy desagradable la situación vivida

sin lugar a dudas las piscinas son lo unico que cumplio con las expecectativas. el entorno obra de la naturaleza es maravilloso la tranquilidad

el servicio de ddesayuno y cena no estan a la altura del tipo de hotel. las camas son penosas, calamitosas, tres dias con dolores de espalda y de cintura, de no creer los colchones de resortes son para descartar, totalmente vencidos. no volveria si no me garantizan una cama en optimo estado

1.Poca variedad de platos de fondo 2.falta disponer de elementos de spa (barro termal) para llevar y seguir tratandose.
