"Lovely relaxing stay"

Unlimited access to wonderful thermal pools. The hotel is good set in beautiful well kept grounds with designated walks. There's also a lot of indoor space to chill out in, as well as plenty of indoor options for rainy days (pool, table tennis, bowling, table football, escape room). Exactly what we needed post international travel and busy cities.

Hotel layout is odd. Half the hotel is half a storey above the other, so you end up going up and down a lot of stairs when walking around e.g. from your room to the spa or the dining area. And the lifts are not in places you need them so you have to go up and down the stairs to get to the lifts.

Es un ambiente propicio para el descanso. La comida exquisita e incluye senderos autoguiados y otros con guía. Hotel muy bien equipado y todo temperado, volvería a ir completamente

Las indicaciones que nos dieron en la recepción no fueron muy completas, hay cosas que nos enteramos por otros huéspedes Habían niños pequeños que hacían rabietas en el comedor y pasillos de las habitaciones y los padres no hacían nada, esto no tiene nada que ver con el hotel pero perturba el descanso de los demás.

Riesige Anlage, sehr sauber, freundliches gut geschultes Personal. Geräumiges Zimmer. Tolle Wanderrouten innerhalb des zum Hotel gehörenden Territotiums. Sehr vielfältiges Buffet und dies für Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen. SPA Bereich grosszügig angelegt

La pileta, el hotel y las actividades nos encantaron. El personal muy amable.

El buffet muy limitado, a las 21:20 ya no había postres y no volvían a reponer, nos molesto ya que habíamos pagado el buffet aparte. Te cobran si el mozo te trae la bebida a la mesa, en vez de uno pararse a servirse y no nos avisaron, pero reclamamos y nos lo descontaron.

The grounds were beautiful. The staff were helpful and personable.

Partly my fault as when I booked through Booking.com I accidentally only booked for one adult (approx $400 for 2 nights). As I was with my partner, the cost on arrival I was told by reception was over $800. Twice the cost for one room, and effectively a $400 breakfast. Unimpressed and it cast a shadow over the rest of the stay.

"El complejo es excelente y el personal también"

Muy bueno y excelente vista

La piscina exterior durante estaba cerrada y Nadie nos avisó en el momento de contratar ni tampoco antes de la llegada . Nos enteramos cuando estábamos ahí . Muy mal . Me sentí ESTAFADO
