TLV 88 Sea Hotel

Our stay was from Dec 25-26. On Dec 26, we checked out and left our bags in their "secure storage room" for a few hours before our flight. When we returned, the employee at the front desk informed us that they lost the hotel key ring and needed to have the security footage checked, which might take a while. At first, we were very calm and understood that things can be misplaced, but after staring at him sitting at his desk, doing nothing for a full 30 minutes, we became irritated In the end he made us wait an entire HOUR before he opened the door, and the keys ended up being in an obvious place. He did not communicate with us the entire time, and whenver we asked about the process he said "nothing I can do". He did not say sorry or try to make us more comfortable in any way, and instead gave us smug non-answers and attitude whenever we asked for an update. If he had got up to look for the keys instead of sitting at his desk doing nothing the situation could have been resolved in minutes. Beyond that, the "secure storage room" ended up being the handicap washroom! It was incredibly rude attitude, and if we didn't leave so much time before our flight, we would have missed it. This employee in particular ruined our experience.

BE AWARE.... I saw 4.2 starts review and was under impression that it’s a good hotel but it’s not even hotel it’s a cheap motel with no elevator and no balcony’s at the rooms,rooms are ugly and small ,The SEA view was a joke but a little window showing a side of the sea My wife didn’t want to sleep at a cheap motel like that and my mother in low didn’t agree to stay a minute more. They didn’t took the rooms and They had to argue with the staff about a Refound and he didn’t give us back I called Expedia right away and explain them that it’s false information and it’s a very bad motel. Expedia was trying to get me my money back but no luck from the motel staff If you want to enjoy Tel Aviv don’t go to this cheap motel.

We were welcomed to this little hotel and the rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast was just as good.

Small hotel right accross the beach in a phenomenal location! Excellent staff and super clean rooms ! Customer service is superb and the breakfast is amazing ! It was really a huge surprise since it was way beyond our expectations ! Will definitely come back !

Just came back from a 2 night stay. Nice room (even though a bit small) and breakfast was nice. On the second morning there was no hot water. Had a cold shower - not very happy. When I came downstairs, told one of the guys about it and he said they will tell maintenance. I then mentioned it again at checkout time and the guy there said again that they will talk to maintenance - no apology to me! I then asked what's the best way to get a taxi, and he suggested to walk to Ben-Yehuda street (with my suitcase) - surely he should have offered to book me one? I thing these young guys have a thing or 2 to learn about customer service - I will not be returning there.

Above average hotel, near beach, shopping and food. Great staff. Rooms need updating.

The rooms were really small, and there was no window in our room. The pictures were deceiving ( I thought we'd have a balcony). Also, breakfast was included but very basic.

We enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. Check in was very quick and staff were very friendly. Excellent location opposite the beach. Breakfast included in our rate was very nice and abundant. The room was very small however and had to climb stairs to get to our room.Also it had Wall paper pealing off and the air con filter was filthy. Thankfully left our big suitcases in our Hire car as would not have fitted them in our room. It was quiet at night for sleeping. Location opposite the beach was wonderful. For the price I was expecting a bigger room and room service.
