B&B Casa Nilde Positano

Great personnel and premises clean and beautiful views

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights at Casa Nilde and we looooved our stayed there. The room was super comfortable and the view from our balcony was amazing!!! The place is so thoughtful withe every detail mattering. Location is also good and breakfast was taken to our room every morning. Hosts Franchesco and Luigie were super serviceable and helpful. They arranged for us the service of a driver from Napoles to Positano and for the way back. Their recommendations for tours, points of interest and dinner were always right on point. Do not hesitate to book!!!

We loved everything about our stay at Casa Nilde. The staff was so kind and helpful; from restaurant recommendations, a map walk through of the city, helping book our taxi, it was clear they were invested in our experience. Our favorite favorite thing was breakfast on our balcony, Positano was beautiful and we were able to start everyday with a long delicious breakfast on our own balcony. We will be back to Positano and we will stay here again next time.

This place was nice, new-ish, clean, friendly and well located. Prepare to do some walking and step climbing wherever you stay!!

B&B Casa Nilde is a cute little B&B hidden on the hillside of Positano. The brothers that own/run the B&B are fantastic and very attentive to those staying with them. Rooms were clean and the location was great, close to the bus station and not too far (just lots of steps:) from the beach. The breakfast in bed was fantastic, great menu to choose from and it was included in our price and delivered right to our room. Highly recommend. We also made reservations at an incredible restaurant (La Tagliata, MUST GO incredible) and our host called them and arranged a ride for us. Great all around.

Casa Nilde was exceptional. Francesco and Luigi gave fantastic restaurant and activity recommendations, were quick in responding to our requests before we arrived, and were so warm and friendly. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and spacious. And having breakfast delivered every morning was a real treat. Especially when we were able to eat on the balcony overlooking the sea. We can’t recommend this property highly enough.

Luigi and Francesco were great hosts with assistance on where to eat magnificent food, coaching on what staircases to take to reach your destination along with bus, and ferry information. The property was sparkling clean, great breakfasts, beautiful views, a mini fridge stocked with snacks (complimentary) and Presecco and beer (at a cost). There was an electric kettle and tea in the room as well. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows (thank you so much for that!). We had a sitting area on the deck and a couch in the room for resting. We loved Positano and Casa Nilde - the only question - when can we return?

The place seemed lovely upon our arrival. We were happy to have a separate area for our kids beds, but there was no air conditioning in that room and it was 90 degrees. My daughter got too hot the first night, so I agreed to stay in her bed the second night. Between the heat and feeling like there were bugs on me, I didn’t sleep all night, only to realize, when my son woke up in his bed, he had ants crawling on his face and neck!! The Manager was indifferent to the situation and acted like I was being unreasonable to expect that we should only have to pay only for the double room rate, not the quadruple for the second night. He said, sorry, we’ve already charged you, nothing I can do.

Wonderful stay!!! Staff were very helpful in getting around. Very clean and great location.
