A very nice place to stay. The hosts, brothers Luigi and Francesco, were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone stating in Positano. Approximately 30 metres down the road was a shop that sold take a way meals that were cooked then and there in front of you - fresh, delicious and cheaper than the restaurants down the road.

they were extremely welcoming. Their service was much better than many hotels I have stayed at. Breakfast was wonderful and the VIEWS from our room amazing.

The property was beautifully decorated and had the most wonderful hosts who gave us a map and lots of helpful tips. I would definitely stay again. The room and bathroom was very spacious and the air conditioner worked great even on really hot days. The terrace has a beautiful view and the host makes sure every need is met. (Note- if you have issues with steps this will not be a place for you to stay).

We had the best time here. Francisco and Luigi are the best. Everything we asked for was provided immediately and with a smile. If you are going to the beach or the port, be ready for a LOT of stairs. It is about a 15 minute walk down stairs the entire time. Walking back up is a challenge, but the view, the property and the service are well worth it. We do look forward to coming back in the near future.

We loved the balcony and the views. The bed was very comfortable. Also I liked the fact that free cold water was provided. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Made us feel like part of the family. The only complaint but more a suggestion, is that the coffee could be improved by purchasing a proper coffee machine rather than the pod coffee machine.

Gorgeous ocean view from our balcony, comfortable and quiet room, right in the heart of positano. Plan on a lot of walking up and down hill!

Loved our stay!!! Francesco and Luigi were both so kind to us, especially Francesco! The room was very clean and spacious, also the bathroom was a nice size for Europe. The breakfast was amazing on the terrace! Stunning views. We are beyond happy with our stay, and would recommend Casa Nilde to anyone. Thank you for everything!
