La habitación tenía buen espacio

Se realizo la reserva por debtro de la descripción indicaba tenia un servicio de bañera, al registro nos cobraron la reserva como se realizó, al llegar a la habitación no tenía bañera, y se realizó el reclamo por lo que se vieron obligados a realizar un ajuste en el valor de la estadía, lo cual deja mucho que pensar por que sea información no se dio en el ingreso solo esperaron a que el cliente se diera cuenta y reclamara.
