Fabulous Hotel, lovely staff, service spot on

Staff were exceptional.

We had an amazing stay La Place. Amenities are superb as is the service and food. Staff are very friendly and professional and deserve extra praise. Spotlessly clean. In a quiet setting but only a 3 minute drive to St Aubin and the beach. Will definitely return.

this hotel was tucked away in a quiet rural area but with easy access to beautiful beaches and little towns. The staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and well-stocked. The food was delicious.

We have stayed several times before and the service has always been excellent. The food in the restaurant is fresh and tasty and the staff look after you very well. I will return and and would recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Jersey.

EXCELLENT FROM START TO FINNISH... check in was a breeze and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating all night, from arrival drinks to cocktails after dinner!!

The location was lovely and the meals were very good, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was disappointing from being served a frozen bread roll at dinner, having my husbands scrambled eggs served after he'd finished his breakfast (they'd been forgotten), having housekeeping leave our bedroom door bolted open all day whilst we were out, to the final insult of being held up on departure because there were charges on our bill for drinks we had paid for, and which we had asked the waitress to check had NOT been put on our bill, due to the fact that the bartender was nowhere to be found and we had to find a waitress to take our cash. We found the staff unfriendly and unapologetic in all cases & for this reason would not return or recommend. Shame on them - spoilt our break which was for our Ruby Anniversary
