Hotel Coralina Island

Staff was truly amazing, went above and beyond for us. Food was also very delicious!!!

La comida es muy variado y de mucha calidad. Muy recomendables los ceviches! Los cocktails muy buenos!

No es tema del hotel, pero el precio del barco y los impuestos que te hacen pagar por ir a las Islas del Reosario me parecen bien caros.

Las vistas, la atención del personal! Es ir a desconectarse totalmente

Sólo falta un frigobar en la habitación, todo lo demás excelente!

Se réveiller sur une île paradisiaque, le personnel était au petits soins et très sympathique

Nous avons été déçus de la qualité des repas sur place, qui sont assez chers (on peut le comprendre vu la complexité de l’approvisionnement) mais malheureusement la qualité était très moyenne, beaucoup de produits congelés notamment des produits de la mer ce qui est un peu dommage.

La posizione è ottima, riservata ma essendo su un'isola piccolissima è molto semplice raggiungere altre strutture in cui fare un bagno o godere di panorami differenti. In genere tutti i residenti sull'isola sono super carini, premurosi e gentili. I servizi dell'hotel Coralina sono ottimi e variegati. Abbiamo fatto un'escursione di pesca che ci è piaciuta moltissimo. La camera che avevamo era fin troppo spaziosa. Aria condizionata ben funzionante, bagno spazioso, letto comodo. Colazione, pranzo e cena sono semplici ma di qualità, con una buona scelta. L'hotel offre un ottimo servizio di transfer verso Cartagena con una ottima organizzazione. Lo staff dell'hotel Coralina è formidabile nell'assistenza ai propri clienti, facciamo una menzione speciale per la gentilezza e la premura a Gilberto (il ragazzo del caffè) e Ditson, avete reso speciale il nostro soggiorno!

The property is gorgeous. The food is pretty good. Service was top notch. The boat transfer was perfect. Really beautiful experience.

Every night our ac dripped on us. Every day we told the staff. Every night nothing changed. We ourselves found a workaround but follow up would have been nice. I wish there were more and better snorkeling equipment but even with the availability and low quality I was able to see some really good stuff, a family of squid! I hope the area protects these reefs so even more animals come.

Deben revisar el precio de la comidas y también la calidad para que sea una buena relación costo beneficio.

The location is stunning, so serene in the mangroves The room was perfect for us, we liked being tucked away in the gardens The staff were lovely and tried their best to assist you always

For the price paid we expected the food to be better/consistently the same quality which it unfortunately wasn’t Some of the facilities need updating, for example the communal toilets are poor and some of the sunbeds were broke Although the staff did their best, service was slow as there just weren’t enough staff throughout the day A suggestion for the evenings would be to play some music to create a little more atmosphere atleast just at the bar as there isn’t much else to do after dinner

Das Hotel ist an einer sehr schönen und grösstenteils ruhigen Lage (wenn keine Partyboote vorbeifahren). Uns hat es sehr gefallen, dass die Anlage selbst keine Musik abspielt. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut und die Angestellten freundlich. Die Anlage ist vor allem toll, wenn man sich ein paar Tage abkapseln und voll entspannen möchte.

Die ganze Anlage und besonders die Zimmer, Bettlaken und Handtücher sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen un fleckig. Als wir ankamen war unsere Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt. Nach zwei Mal nachfragen haben sie das Zimmer nochmals geputzt und uns zur Entschädigung eine Schnorchelaktivität geschenkt. Auf der Anlage gibt es jeden Tag Tagesausflügler, die vom Getränkeservice viel mehr beachtet werden als wenn man übernachtet. Wir mussten den Angestellten zum Teil etwas hintennachrennen.
