The location was in the middle of paradise. Very kind staff and excellent fresh food.

You’re somewhat isolated. For the most part you’re there for the property and rest and relaxation. There are no shops, clubs, restaurants to venture to without arranging for a boat ride

Everything! But I’ll say what was remarkable was the staff and how peaceful it is! If you want to just chill and relax that’s your place! No loud music, not annoying sellers, nothing to bother your peace! I also love that was full of activities! We did the fishing tour and walks around the island! I loved it! I was initially worried about the food, given that the only option was the hotel’s restaurant but that was the big surprise of the trip! The food was sooooo delicious! Everything was fresh and well made. I cannot believe how well curated is this hotel! I’m coming back!

Atendimento excepcional, nunca fui tão bem atendida em um hotel. Funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos Comida muito boa, pratos típicos muito bem temperados. Roupas de camas e toalhas limpas, quarto muito bem organizado.

Dependendo do horário do dia, não tinha água quente para banho. Mas é compreensível visto que fica em uma ilha e levam água doce da cidade para abastecimento.

Sehr gute Architektur und Anordnung der Badeplattformen. Möglichkeit gleich nach Ankunft an einer reservierten Plattform zu entspannen bis die Zimmer bezogen werden können. Gute Möglichkeiten zum Schwimmen und Paddeln bei ruhigem Meer. Schönes ursprüngliches Ambiente zum Essen. Abtrennung von Tagesgästen. Zuvorkommendes Service Personal.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Das Hotel ist gemessen an Ausstattung und Service viel zu teuer. Es fehlt grundsätzlich an Instandhaltung. Die Betten sind sehr hart und unbequem. Die Handtücher von Bad und auch Pool sind sehr abgenutzt. Das angekündigte SUP musste auch schon in den Ruhestand verabschiedet werden und ein neues wird wohl noch einige Zeit benötigen. Auch die Preise auf der Speisekarte lassen ein ausgewogenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vermissen. Der Transport ist ebenfalls sehr teuer und es werden keine und wenn überhaupt dann nur sehr kurzfristig Informationen zur Organisation der Abholung von Cartagena aus übermittelt, z.B. dass die Abholung vom Hotel zum Hafen gratis ist. Ein weiteres Manko ist die eingeschränkte Besetzung bzw. Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption, insbesondere am Abend. Die wunderschöne Oase der Ruhe wird außerdem von sehr lauter Musik benachbarter Hotels oder auch Booten sehr wesentlich beeinträchtigt - insbesondere wenn der Lärm direkt über das Wasser übertragen wird.

The staff were incredibly friendly, they made sure we had the most amazing stay. The water was amazing to swim in—a lovely quiet, and secluded island stay, perfect for a reset. Food was delicious and they made amazing cocktails!

Honestly, nothing I would change, other than maybe a bit of ambience in the evening with some music would have been nice! Other than that everything was perfect

Room was comfortable, friendly welcome and helpful staff, nice quiet location.

The transfers are very expensive and in particular on the return our boat was full to capacity which wasn’t a nice experience.

Absolutamente todo! Es un lugar soñado, mágico, y la excelente, amigable y personalizada atención de los empleados hace que uno se sienta como en casa. Un lugar muy cálido. Lo súper recomiendo, y definitivamente volveremos. La comida es sublime, David el cocinero, un genio! Los “spots” con reposeras, todos son increíbles y dependiendo el horario cuentan una historia diferente. Apenas nos fuimos ayer y ya los extrañamos! No dejen de visitar coralina island! No se van a arrepentir. Gracias por todo Christian, Hugo, Nando, Dixon, Anthony, David fueron muy amables y cariñosos.
