Property Notes

The standard transportation is COP 120.000 per person one way leaving at 8:30 and returning at 15:00 depending on the weather conditions. Express transportation leaves at the guest request but it is subject to weather conditions. A boat is available for transportation for COP 750000. Please note that children under 14 years old are not admitted. Extra beds for children from 14 years old has a COP 280000 surcharge. Please note that drinks and tourism activities are not included in the rate. Please note that the only way to get to Coralina Island is by sea and the trip takes approximately 1 hour. We offer this transportation leaving from Cartagena at 8:30 am and returning only at 3:00 pm. If you book in any of the room categories (quadruple, family and room with a king-size bed, garden view), you do not have access to some VIP areas of the island. Our complex is divided into the Coralina Island Mangroves VIP area and the Bayside family area. Access to the Coralina Island Manglares VIP area generates an additional cost per person which you can check with our reception on the day of your arrival. People traveling to Colombia with children under 18 years of age are required to present the child's birth certificate and a photo ID (passport for international guests) during check-in. If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the child, a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents must be presented, along with photocopies of their IDs. If only one parent is traveling with their child, a notarized travel consent signed by the absent parent must be presented. Visitors planning to travel to Colombia with children should consult with the Colombian consulate prior to travel. Please note that when booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that the property doesn't accept reservations with credit cards from other people. Chambre confortable et spacieuse, personnel agréable et serviable, très bon petit déjeuner, vue magnifique, eau transparente, bon restaurant

Même si le séjour était très bien, l'ensemble est quand même extrêmement cher par rapport à d'autres hotels du même acabit (voir mieux) dans le pays ou dans d'autres pays. Mais c'est le cas pour tous les hotels des iles Rosario. La nuit est très chère, les navettes sont très chères....

"Un paraíso en el caribe"

La habitación era verdaderamente bonita y espaciosa, 180 grados de vistas a ese mar turquesa que la rodea. El espacio adyacente privado con tumbonas y escaleras para acceder al arrecife coralino fue un lujo para ver el atardecer, la luna, sentir la brisa. El personal muy amable y atento con todas nuestras peticiones y necesidades. La comida y los jugos muy ricos!!! En definitiva, una estancia inmejorable! El precio es elevado, pero el alojamiento es muy recomendable si lo que buscas es un lugar bonito y tranquilo para disfrutar del mar y de tu pareja.

Love the place it’s beautiful! Mostly sea food to eat I’m not a big fan of sea food but they still had other options! Everything I ate was very good! The staff is excellent! We had a bunch of lizards in our room I named them all John they keep the mosquitoes away so be glad they are there!

El manejo de los tiempos, tienen un canal de WhatsApp para organizar las comidas y decirles una hora para tener lista la comida y no cumplen con esos horarios haciendo esperar más de lo oportuno y volviendo en ocasiones a preguntar sobre la orden realizada (indica mala comunicación entre el equipo)

"Relax all’Isla Coralina"

Situato all’Isla Coralina, un’isola abbastanza piccola vicino alla più incasinata e grande Isla Grande. La struttura è carina, semplice ma accogliente, le camere sono grandi e alcune (penso a prezzo superiore) hanno l’accesso diretto al mare. Il ristorante è all’aperto, sulla sabbia, vista mare, la cucina è buona. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile

Nulla in particolare da segnalare Diciamo che va bene per chi cerca un posto tranquillo, non per chi vuole la movida o bere fino a tardi

"Beautiful beach location"

Beautiful location with stunning waters. Staff are the best we had in Colombia. Tai and Steven were amazing. Attentive, polite, helpful and always smiling. They and Erika are an asset to the hotel. Room was extremely spacious and nice private decks. Good breakfast

Could do with some sprucing up. Paintwork could do with being refreshed, some of the boards on the decking were coming loose etc. The mosquito net also is a round shape and so infringes on the space in the bed Drinks could be served colder
