Stunning boutique hotel, amazing sea views, beautiful rooms and fantastic staff. Wish we could have stayed longer! Two beautiful hotel dogs call Bella and Gracie are a great addition!

Outstanding boutique hotel focused on sustainability and situated in the most serene and private spot. The facilities were excellent just like the food and overall vibe of the hotel. Nick, Kalpa and team made us feel welcome from the get go and always greeted us with a smile and chat every day. The room was spacious and very clean and the pool area was spotless and beautiful. Every detail was thought of: three towels (child usually gets forgotten in most places), extra bed, comfortable seating for our daughter and lots of lovely treats and surprises along the way. The spa ladies were so helpful too when our child was hurt. Amazing location for going on turtle nesting watch too which was a definite highlight. Highly recommend and wished we’d stayed more nights! Small two things for improvement: music for relaxed ambiance in the spa while having treatments would have been nice and would have loved the outdoor shower to have been separate from the rest of the bathroom but neither of these take away from our wonderful stay!

Nick and his team as ever go above and beyond to ensure your stay with them is perfect. Peaceful, classy, amazing rooms, gardens, beach and a wonderful bar and restaurant providing very high quality dining. Our 3rd visit and we are planning the 4th. Thanks all.

It’s a concrete jungle, the food is average (very western and heavy). It’s beachside but you can’t sit or swim on the beach. Access is also not available after 7pm. We asked for a recommendation for food and the hotelier suggested Galle. He seemed very put out that we wanted to explore the area and not eat in the hotel restaurant every night.

Everything! Amazing, professional and attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect stay. Can’t fault it.

Small cozy boutique hotel. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful pool, helpful staff. Wild beach.

The ambiance is perfect and the presence of the owner makes it feel so personal. The staff are both highly professional and very friendly. There are 2 great pools and amazing food especially the lazy a la carte breakfasts. The location on Rekawa beach is unbeatable and a great place for sunsets. We loved it so much we stayed for an extra 2 nights. And they made a cake for my wife even though her birthday was a day earlier. That shows what kind of people they are!

Having to leave after 3 nights but we will be back next February.

Everything ! Buckingham Place is a sanctuary of peace , calm and colour. The team are the epitome of good hospitality. As soon as you’ve checked in you feel nurtured and cared for in every way. Next time we will be coming for longer ! Special thanks to Nick for lending me little Gracie too 🐶
