Sheraton Fuzhou Hotel

The staff is attentive and friendly, and the rooms are well appointed and clean. The outdoor pool is more suited for kids, but the indoor pool is perfect for lap swimming. The executive lounge is worth special mention, both for the views and the exceptional staff (thanks Annie Chen)! Overall this is a convenient and excellent hotel for a business stay.

The staff members were very professional and was able to comply with my request almost instantly - Especially Anne Chen on the executive lounge made my trip very special one. It started that she reconized me by my name when I check in and also greet me with a nice cup of tea (She even remember what I had asked before- very detail person). She didn't just provide me excellent check in experience, she also offer me some great suggestions for local sighseeing. And also remind me there's a museum inside this hotel and also how great the outside swimming pool is. And at Happy Hour time, Eden Hsieh provde me a very quiet spot to enjoy some snack and also allowed me to work on my e-mails without people interrupt me. Lupe on the 17th also done a great job by ensureing my glass never empty and keep me happy. The room condition was good - and did I mention the room size were one of the biggest rooms that I've ever stayed. The hotel is beautiful. The outdoor swimming pool is amazing and huge. The The people was great! What else you can ask for? So friendly. I cannot wait until my next visit. Oh, I would also like to thank Anthonio Liu for helping me to carry the bag from the 17th floor to the 1st floor and also ensure I have bottle waters on the road.- and he is the Front Office Manager! It also turn out that I have stayed at other hotels he has managed.! And Anne, Thanks for the box lunch- so I didn't have to hungry for my 7 hours on the road.

The location of this hotel is quite good for bussiness, it is adjacent to the convention center. Also, it is about 20 minutes' driven from Fuzhou South Railway Station and about 40 minutes' driven from Fuzhou Airport. The room is well-decorated and very large, and the bed is comfortable to me. I have a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hotel has a spectacular executive lounge with a great range of food and drinks. Staffs in the lounge are attentive and caring. Anne and other staffs do an excellent job making guests feel welcome. I am looking forward to staying here next time.

I am here as a long-term stay guest and enjoy the service very much. All the staff are very friendly. Especially in the Club Lounge. The happy hour food is very good. Also the Yue Restaurant offers very good food in private rooms.

Great view from Sheraton hotel. Staffs were super nice. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean. I’d recommend the Sheraton Club Lounge on the 17th floor, since they offer complementary western and Chinese style breakfast, beer and wine. Good hotel overall.

Hands down the best pool and best service in Fuzhou. Wonderful staff, very clean and exactly what you want for a nice hotel. 12/10 would recommend to anyone. Their manager is polite and knowledgeable. Very beautiful too, but not sure that matters. Best part: not too many people in FZ know about it so that’s an absolute win

The lounge in Sheraton Hotel is bright and spacious, with beautiful scenery of river. Eden can do his work with carefulness and responsible attitude. Super nice staff,nice stay Eden Xie and Anne Chen whos in charge in the lounge on the day gave the extra miles services, really helps us alot and really kind. Super professional . I feels like home. Will probably stay and comes again

Excellent hotel, very spacious. The only difficulty is language, as an international 5 star hotel there needs to be some more staff that have a better understanding of English.
