Exceptional stay – Truly wonderful staff and great location! We always love staying at Bloomrooms @ Link Road, New Delhi, but our recent stay truly highlighted how amazing this hotel and its team are. During our visit, my mother became seriously ill. The manager and the entire hotel team were incredibly helpful, understanding, and compassionate. They went completely out of their way to make sure our check-in was as fast, smooth, and stress-free as possible. A special, extra thank you goes to the manager for their outstanding support during a difficult time—we are deeply grateful for your kindness. Beyond the excellent service, the hotel's location is fantastic. It is situated in a very clean and safe area, with a great shopping area nearby. The staff is excellent, always very helpful, and the overall experience was simply wonderful. We are always happy to stay here and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Delhi!
