"Very Good"

Mold in the bathroom. Random crazy loud alarm sound started in the middle of the night at 3AM. When I went to ask to the reception they said it’s smoke alarm but they don’t know where is it coming from and how to turn it off. So we stayed up for half an hour more and then it stopped. Also the checkin and checkout process takes ages. It is very slow and complicated.
