"Mensonges et déception"

La mer a pied.

L’hotel, les équipements : la réception nous informe, à notre arrivée, que la piscine est en travaux ???? Alors qu'elle est dans un état d'abandon évidant depuis plusieurs mois. Les escaliers métalliques sont dangereux à cause de la rouille et des trous. Les chambres sont vielles et mal entretenues. Les toilettes sont bouchées partout. Les consommables sont laissés dans les couloirs des chambres . Les matériaux sont laissés dans les couloirs clients. Bref, un hôtel très mal géré c’est sur!!! Les portions du restaurant sont plus petites qu'ailleurs. Les personnels sont très aimables.

The on site restaurant was lovely and inexpensive. The view from my room was nice.

2 members of staff in particular were quite rude and both claimed not to speak any english whenever there was an issue although previously having a conversation in english. i don’t expect them to be able to speak english but avoiding it to dismiss an issue is unprofessional and rude. I also found a dead rat in the stairwell between floor 1 and 2.

"It was a good stay as for a short stay (2 nights). Good value for the money! We would recommend staying there!"

Perfect location! Roomy apartment, nice decoration.

The sink wasn’t working, There was a leaking water on the bathroom floor, no glasses ( only 2 mugs).
