wow! amazing hotel! felt like a 5* for the majority of it. Beds and pillows soft and comfortable Aircon worked so well! even made us slightly cold sometimes! Bathroom area stunning - bath and shower in the room we booked Fridge and aircon stayed on whilst out of the room which made it lovely to come into when being in the sun all day Staff helpful - helped us to book our transfer to the ferry place when moving on to a new location Close to the beach, shops and restaurants!

No plugs for sink or bath so unable to fill Noisy room - can hear what we thought to be plumbing noises till early hours. Hotel must know it was an issue due to providing ear plugs in the room - wouldn’t stop us from returning to this hotel though

Sea view room is great and location good.

They need to update there linens cause the towels have got holes. And keep the update on the rooms.

"It was not quite what we expected but the longer we stayed, the more we enjoyed the hotel"

It was a great location...on the beach in the hub of the restaurant and shopping area. Our room had a nice enclosed patio with no view of the beach but it was very quiet. The room was big and quite comfortable. We did enjoy spending time on the upper pool area that had a beautiful view.

Most of the staff did not speak any english so it was very hard to communicate with them what we wanted. The hotel is old and the grounds could have been maintained an bit better and updated a bit more.
