This property is in a residential area a short tram ride - or a long but pleasant walk - from the centre of town. It is close to the river where there are lovely walking/jogging paths. I booked a Business Double room that had everything I needed for a comfortable three night stay, including a well-equipped kitchenette-in-a-cupboard. (The property also has in-house dining.) I enjoyed staying at Seven Urban Suites.

A comfortable nights sleep very quiet room service everyday lacks a few amenities breakfast expensive but overall we were pleased with are stay.

Excellent hotel and stay. Very friendly and helpful staff on arrival; clean and modern room with mini kitchen area. Very convenient parking (€13 for 24 hrs). Good breakfast buffet with large selection. 15 mn walk to historic city centre.

An excellent choice for our visit to Nantes to see L'isle des Machines (albeit that the elephant was in for a MOTusk that week). All staff were very helpful and friendly which was much appreciated as was the recommendations to a local restaurant. Carpark very convenient - at a price of about £11.75 overnight - and a good breakfast. This was far and away the best modern accommodation that we had in our 14/15 night stay in France.

Large, attractive room with convenient mini-kitchen facilities, fashionable appointments, and clean, attractive bathroom. Located near public transportation and shops for food and beverage purchases. Staff is particularly friendly and attentive.
