Seven Urban Suites Nantes Centre

This hotel is just "okay". It's clean, but it is not located walking distance from any of the cool parts of Nantes. On the map it looks close enough, but we had to drive instead of walk. The bathroom is clean, but the towels are thin. The breakfast in the morning could have been fantastic but there were too many people and not enough food- so the coffee machines ran out- and the buffet was low on food. It does have a neat concept in the restaurant for business travelers. You can "take away" your meal in mason jars- so if you are here for work, I can envision how nice a quick but good dinner in your room would be. It's just not a place for a family vacation stop.

Stayed at another hotel down the road and this one was 100 percent better. Rooms nicely decorated in a quiet area. It appears the building is new. Staff were extremely helpful.

Wonderful suite, everything provided (except a tea towel for the dishes). Easy accessible parking. Just a bit of a rum location and a long walk to the lovely centre of Nantes. Shame there are only two of these hotels. The other is in Marseilles. Nice breakfast to set you up for the day. Would definitely stay again.

decent sized rooms albeit basic in a good location with functioning kitchen. Friendly staff. Parking was full so we had to park on street with was less convenient as no booking of car park can be made. overall decent place given budget.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast not good. Products didn't seem to be fresh. Had to ask twice for bottled water in the room.

A last minute minute decision to take a trip and we chose a great hotel. Room was spacious and well equipped for a self catering trip. We had a fridge, hob, dishwasher, kettle and microwave, perfect for a mini break. We stayed 3 days and were very happy with the hotel. We didn't have breakfast there but found a great little patisserie/bakery just next door. There is also a large Carrefour very close. The only down side was it was a little far away from the city centre and after walking in a few times we discovered it was easier to drive and park centrally which was not to expensive in the evenings. Great place to stay for a city break, staff all spoke English so were able to help when we needed information. Parking was available at ten euro's a day which was handy for us. I would recommend this hotel but be prepared to walk!

Great value hotel, handy for town, the bakery next door is brilliant, queues out the door from local office workers. Should be advertised alongside the hotel.

Hotel is in good location--walking distance to the urban center, shopping, and la cite. Breakfast was not worth the price, especially on weekdays, but the grocery is so close that didn't matter much. Only real complaints were that the hot water (shower) did not get very hot, the bed was not comfortable.
