Mountain Side Hotel Whistler by Executive

I have been staying at Mountainside Lodge for years and it is feeling run down and old in areas such as the corridors and elevator. Services have also diminished with new management and the pool now closes at 5pm - so early! This was the first time staying in a room that faced the main road (Blackcomb Way) and it was quite loud - at times it sounded like the windows were opened when they were closed. I also didn’t like that the desk was completely un-staffed during the morning check out period. Also, our room wasn’t ready at 4pm check-in time. They found an alternate room but it took some time and the new staff didn’t know the amenities the rooms had. Room toiletries were cheap, mix and match. Loved the large jacuzzi tub

Checkin und Checkout waren problemlos. Die Lage war zentral und ruhig gelegen. Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bademäntel auf dem Zimmer und Poolbadetücher in der Rezeption waren vorhanden.

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean, and the location is very central but quiet. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The building is older by Whistler standards and some furniture and decorations are a bit dated.

Hotel was perfect location and staff were super helpful. Really great guy checked us in and gave us plenty of good recommendations

Would ok like a thicker blanket/duvet on there fold out bed. The sheet and black isn't as good.
