We loved our room that had a jacuzzi! It was so relaxing and the staff was amazing at check in and check out. Also recommend the restaurant downstairs if you are looking for fine dining

Didn’t like how there’s no room service, also we had found underwear and boxers just hiding behind the couch which means either staff used the room and wasn’t cleaned properly or it simply wasn’t cleaned properly. Please just look over anything.

Location was excellent & the room spacious & clean.

Heater in the room needed attention as it was coming out of the wall.

The location was good, that was the main reason we choose this hotel.

It's impossible to park in street parking. We paid for the hotel parking and on the drivers side was a swimming pool to get our of the car. The hotel gave us the money back only after we complained. We stayed in this hotel just to enjoy few hours in the evening in restaurants nearby and to shower in the morning before heading to the road at 8am. In the morning we had no hot water to shower with and it was the only thing we used from all the things in the room. There was noone at reception at 7am and we had to hit the road by 8am. So we didn't shower !

excellent hotel to stay when in whistler my room had everything i needed for amazing stay. i only wish my stay here was longer

Great location for whistler village access.

The hotel is tired, needs an upgrade, rooms need some attention..
