Rates in full board or less than this regime DO NOT include drinks. Rates with the All-Inclusive Premium regime (in all its variants) include drinks in the restaurant, in the cafeteria-bar and in the beach bars during their opening hours. If a rate with access to the Thermal Center is booked, this will not include access to the Carthaginian Baths on the day of arrival or departure. Children under 2 years of age are considered babies. Children up to 2 years old can stay in a baby cot for an extra charge of EUR 8 per night. It is forbidden for guests to bring their own cot. Minors between the ages of 2 and 12 (both inclusive) are considered children and cannot access the hotel's thermal center. Guests over the age of 13 are considered adults and must pay the full rate. The establishment's Chiringuito Club terrace is exclusively available for reservations with the Deluxe double room rate. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. La situación y el trato con el personal. Las instalaciones son las de siempre pero están cuidadas

Colas para el registro el día de llegada y de entrada al comedor muchos de los días Buffet de calidad y cantidad bastante inferior a la de otros años. En estas fechas llenarlo de excursiones y autobuses que saturan comedores y piscina, puede ser un buen negocio pero no aporta comodidad al resto

Buffet, piscina, ubicación

Reservo una habitación que en la descripción ponía claramente que tenía balcón, incluyendo fotos del mismo en el anuncio de booking, mi sorpresa fue que al llegar nos pusieron en un zulo sin balcón mirando al tejado, tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel, ya me dirás tu una habitación sin balcón en la playa.. me sentí completamente engañado, no creo que vuelva nunca.

El sitio frente ala playa

Creo que precio calidad , no se ajusta le falta remodelación. Y en el exterior no veo justo que se tengan que pagar por el uso de amacas

Estancia excelente la hubicacion estupenda.hay aparcamiento gratuito cerca.la atencion tanto en recepccion como comedor fue acogedora y corecta

La calidad del producto de la comida y cena es muy mejorable.
