Room was clean but overall residence could be better Despite we have chosen to pay end of stay cleaning (100 eur is too much for small apartment), I had to take garbage away , clean kitchen, remove bed linen and take them to laundry deposit is too high and outdated practice as pay with credit card

Size of the flat is very good. Great balcony. Comfortable beds. Washing machine available.

Reception only opening at 17:00 on the day of arrival. Floors weren't really clean in the flat. Cuttlery and dishes weren't clean either, had to put everything through the dishwasher first. VERY worn sofa, didn't want to sit on it... Bed linen old, with (old) stains on them... However: Maybe you can't expect more for this price.

We were not aware that the facility is meant for longer stays and that we had to sort out everything including towels, linens, soaps, cleaning materials... The kitchen/dining were poorly equipped. Knowing these facts, I would have chosen another property even though the price was low.

Fantastiskt läge, men hotellpersonalen är mindre gästvänlig och det tillkom en deposit på närmare 2500 kr vid ankomst, som man inte fått någon information om tidigare. Check-inprocessen var otroligt seg och receptionen är bara öppen under mycket begränsade timmar. För en person som gillar downhill är läget optimalt, men servicen kan förbättras.

Check in process was v poor, with approx 50 people sat waiting for check in to open at 5pm on Saturday - key change over day

Hotels.com showed info about extra payments after booking. Parking was little more expensive than what was informed. Hotels.com often tells only if there is free parking but not tell is it private or public parking. Apartment didn't have any soap, detergent for dishes or floor cleaning. Had to wash dishes with very hot water before use them because probably previous users didn't have detergent either

Ce lieu est très sympa, on y est tranquille et on s'y sent chez soi. On y resterait volontiers pour de longs séjours. L'accueil est bon et le service est bon. Petit bémol sur la tarification des chambres, notamment la taxe de séjour qui n'est pas inclus dans le tarif annoncé lors de la réservation. Par ailleurs, dommage que les documents informatifs du client soit si froid. Pourquoi inclure des menaces de pénalités si le client ne fait pas (ou fait mal) le ménage en partant ?

Just steps away from the Prorel gondola. Better than normal French apartment standard. Clean and new look in rooms. Tiled floors in rooms instead of worn out carpets. Easy exit to front yard and the gondola from the ski rooms. Affordable and secure parking available. A reasonably good spa with two saunas and jacuzzis but poorly equipped dressing rooms (nothing but clothes hooks). No towel included in the rental. Bring one and slippers/flip flops. Laundry room is a plus. Several ski shops around but otherwise the neighbourhood is somewaht uninspiring. Centre ville and better restaurants/services only 10 mins walk away unless you want to try your luck at the casino next door. Wifi for one device only.

Vi var på ski og hotellet ligger lige op af kabineliften. Personalet var venlige og imødekommende. Butikker nær ved.

It's just my ignorance but I didn't know it's not a full service hotel. Good location nice amenities.
