Property Notes

An additional cost is required for the following services: bed linen, towels, TV, laundry and Wifi. Reception is open from 9.00 to 12.00 am and from 17.00 pm to 19.00, except on Wednesdays all day and Sundays afternoon (outside of French School holidays). Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the children's entertainment is available during French Holidays in July and August. WiFi in the rooms is available for a fee of EUR 20 per week or 7 €/day. For bed linen, a EUR 12 per person per change applies. For Bathroom linen, a EUR 10 extra charge per person per change applies. Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs, baby coat and hairdryers are available. The cost of the animal service is at €60 per week and €10 per day. A TV is not included and can be rented on-site for EUR 8 per day or EUR 42 per week. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is €65 in Appatrment One room and €100 in Appartment Two rooms if requested. Please note that the city tax has to be paid on site. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"In need of a bit of tlc!"

There is a good amount of parking and it is a pleasant walk from the complex into the town centre.

Everything seems tired and run down. Paint is chipping off the door frames, drawings on the walls; it all needs a good lick of paint. The beds are hard and uncomfortable! There is an unpleasant, damp smell, particularly in the back bedroom of the apartment. I also wasn’t impressed that you pay originally for the apartment and then get informed you are required to pay for bed linen, towels etc. There is also an additional charge for an end of stay clean unless you are will to clean the apartment yourself, which will be taken out of the 350E deposit they ask you to pay.

- Les extérieurs ne sont pas entretenus -Tout est en option -La connexion internet ne fonctionne pas correctement même en payant le forfait hebdomadaire Dans le logement que nous avions: -Les moquettes et matelas etaient tachés -Des ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas -La hotte ne fonctionnait pas correctement - Le mobilier etait vétuste

les deux piscines et le calme dans la résidence

le fait de payer la télévision et le wifi ! la piscine pourrait être équipée d'un robot pour nettoyer le fond qui est très sale

"Bien placé mais logement en mauvais état"

L’emplacement

La piscine n’est pas propre. Le dirigeant pas très avenant. Par contre le saisonnier pour l’état des lieux très bien, à savoir que cette personne avait 5 départ à 11h à faire il s’est excusé de la gêne. À notre départ j’ai indiqué que son saisonnier était gentil et bienveillant le dirigeant n’a pas deniers lever les yeux ou me dire oui que se soit.
