Property Notes

An additional cost is required for the following services: bed linen, towels, TV, laundry and Wifi. Reception is open from 9.00 to 12.00 am and from 17.00 pm to 19.00, except on Wednesdays all day and Sundays afternoon (outside of French School holidays). Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the children's entertainment is available during French Holidays in July and August. WiFi in the rooms is available for a fee of EUR 20 per week or 7 €/day. For bed linen, a EUR 12 per person per change applies. For Bathroom linen, a EUR 10 extra charge per person per change applies. Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs, baby coat and hairdryers are available. The cost of the animal service is at €60 per week and €10 per day. A TV is not included and can be rented on-site for EUR 8 per day or EUR 42 per week. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is €65 in Appatrment One room and €100 in Appartment Two rooms if requested. Please note that the city tax has to be paid on site. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Emplacement idéal mais matelas raides (mal de dos en fin de semaine), télévision et wifi payants."

L’emplacement près de la mer, Appartement spacieux. Piscines, sauna, ping pong, terrain de tennis.

Literie vieillotte, matelas raide. Télévision payante. Connexion wifi payante et réseau passe très mal.

pas de télé! nous sommes en 2025 quand même! c'est honteux ! pas de wifi et mauvaise connexion dans la résidence donc à prendre en compte. odeur nauséabonde dans le logement et pas de drap, ni de serviette

2 Wochen Anfang August: die Lage zwischen romantisch keltischer Altstadt und Strand war sehr angenehm - zu Fuß knappe 10 min zur Altstadt mit einem ausgewogenen Mix an (Souvenir-)Läden, Restaurants und 15min zum malerischen Sandstrand; Innen- und Außenpool (bis 20:00 Uhr), Sauna, Tischtennisplatte haben für Abwechselung und individuelle Beschäftigung gesorgt; die Anlage ist ruhig und sauber, das Personal ist freundlich (kurze Öffnungszeitfenster); im Appartement ( Variante 1 Schlafzimmer) ist das Notwendigste vorhanden - wenig aber ausreichend Geschirr, für jeden einen Teller, eine Tasse, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, 2 Herdplatten etc. (aber nicht mehr erwarten); genügend Hunderunden möglich, insbesondere rechts vom Ufer entlang der Küste mit Stränden, an denen der Hund auch im Hochsommer mal abgeleint werden kann und mitschwimmen darf (an den perfekten Sandstränden herrscht Verbot im Zeitraum Juni bis Ende September und auch in der Bretagne viel Betrieb an Beadegästen)

die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen; überall sieht man Bedarf an Schönheitsreparaturen (abgestoßene Kanten, abgenutzte Fliesen etc; die Vorteile (Lage, Pool, ruhige Anlage) haben für uns überwogen
