Property Notes

An additional cost is required for the following services: bed linen, towels, TV, laundry and Wifi. Reception is open from 9.00 to 12.00 am and from 17.00 pm to 19.00, except on Wednesdays all day and Sundays afternoon (outside of French School holidays). Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the children's entertainment is available during French Holidays in July and August. WiFi in the rooms is available for a fee of EUR 20 per week or 7 €/day. For bed linen, a EUR 12 per person per change applies. For Bathroom linen, a EUR 10 extra charge per person per change applies. Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs, baby coat and hairdryers are available. The cost of the animal service is at €60 per week and €10 per day. A TV is not included and can be rented on-site for EUR 8 per day or EUR 42 per week. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is €65 in Appatrment One room and €100 in Appartment Two rooms if requested. Please note that the city tax has to be paid on site. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Wonderful location and fun relaxed stay, but add-ons were surprisingly costly"

Location was superb, and the staff on the front desk were always lovely. The breakfast we had delivered on the first day due to arriving too late to buy anything from the supermarket on Sunday, was very generous with good croissants!

We had to pay extra for cleaning of the apartment after we left, but still had to empty bins and strip beds etc, which should have been included considering we were paying for cleaning. Also has to make our own beds on arrival which I wasn’t expecting, and take sheets snd towels to reception, (and pay for towel hire), so given all of that I think the charging for cleaning after your stay is a bit steep and made the check out experience a bit busy and unpleasant (especially with a young baby in tow). No soft furnishings in the apartment meant every noise was very loud and it wasn’t that comfy, but it was ideal for exploring Brittany and spending most of the time out and about

"Emplacement idéal pour visiter les environs"

Logement fonctionnel: 2 chambres et 1 séjour. Pratique la baignoire pour les enfants dans la salle de bain. Malheureusement les serviettes de bain ne sont pas fournies. Équipement au strict minimum : 1 seul sac poubelle, pas d'éponge ni liquide vaisselle. Attention à la connexion pour les usagers Free, la qualité de réception est très faible et l'alternative Wifi est payante (5€ la journée !!!).

The house was clean, amenities were much welcome during this pandemic (kitchenette especially). Only downside was that beds were not made upon arrival and we had to do it... which can be annoying after a few hours of travelling, when you arrive tired. Easy check-in and check-out!

"Must clean apt and pay to use towels"

Didnt provide towels. We had to clean the place or be charged $75. A family member was dying, we had to check out 1 day earily...they gave no refund.
