The cleanning was done superficial, the sheet haven't change during our 5 nights stay. Some noisy english groups.

Avoid the Restaurant. The hotel is in a nice location and very clean. The bar staff reception staff and cleaners are all friendly so is the staff in the little shop. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the restaurant. The food is unappealing with eggs stacked on top of each other and poor drink quality if you can find any cups. The tables are not cleared quickly so if you can find an unoccupied table it will probably have left over food and plates on it. Plenty of staff but they seem to be chatting to themselves all the time. No kettles or tea making facilities in the room and no do not disturb signs. So expect a knock for room cleaning and if you don’t answer they will just walk in. This happened to us at 9.30am as we didn’t go for breakfast having experienced it on the first day. When you turn on tv it takes up to five minutes to connect so don’t think it isn’t working you just have to wait. Good location and buses to nessibar cost 2lev or 5lev on the open top buses which look like sightseeing buses but are not there just regular buses that haven’t had the old adverts removed.
