Loved it,nothing to much trouble,clean rooms,even had a emergency alarm in the shower room,breakfast not to good,but pleanty of cafes around,pool was a good size,fab music on around the pool,will be back

After coming to this hotel for many years ( my husband has mobility issues) the management have now decided that mobility scooters can no longer be used in the lift. After hundreds of people must have used these lifts with a mobility scooter they have now decided people with mobility issues can no longer use their scooters in the lift . This has lead to me contacting sunny beach mobility hire to rent a wheelchair as our room is at the other end of the corridor so it's not feasible for my husband to walk that far. Please be aware that sadly it seems this hotel does not want to cater for anyone who requires alittle more than "the norm" But on a plus note the bar staff are absolutely amazing but sadly the management of this hotel lacks in customer service skills

This hotel has made up my decision that I am not booking anymore Jet2 holidays. No way is this a 4 star, 3 star at absolute best. We went to breakfast once and I couldn’t find any cutlery, the food was inedible. Wow, the noise levels up until early hours is terrible, chavs on the balcony until 3 am blaring music and talking loudly, reception were not interested. Bar staff are friendly but reception staff are just young uninterested and unfriendly. I would avoid!

Arrived on 08/09/25 late Rooms poor asked for double bed got single bed as were adults Toilet loose Room very basic no balcony No music and entertainment it’s more like an old folk though than a hotel Plus it’s really dirty And 10 minute or more walk from beach
