Приїхали коли на вулиці було + 12, в номері холодно, на рецепшені обіцяли, що налаштують кондиціонер на тепло але він так і не запрацював на тепло, в номері були сліди минулих мешканців, по номері були розкидане якесь взуття, цукерки((( Окремо хочеться написати про сніданок - це просто жахливо. Звідки у цього готелю 4 зірки???

The location was fine, rooms were cleaned daily and we were provided with clean towels every day, sheets could also be changed per request- staff was kind even though they didn't speak English. There was plenty of food. Parking was free.

I understand that this is an old hotel and I noticed they were improving some things. But the main issues for me were the beds and the pillows.. It was impossible to sleep in those, it is so uncomfortable, the mattresses were very loud and didn't hold any shape and the pillows were horrendous (at least they should be changed it's not a big investment). Another thing that ruined my experience was the lack of rules around the english guests, these guys were drunk constantly and didn't want to leave my room by myself. Drinking a lot around the pool, yelling, old ladies without their swimsuits spreading around, and of course yelling and drinking up until 4 in the morning making it impossible to sleep and rest especially in those beds. Not great for a restful vacation. As I mentioned there was plenty of food to go around, so I wasnt hungry but the quality was bad. I noticed some reviews saying the waitresses were rude, i disagree with this because they weren't rude they just dont understand English. The English tourist were touching the food with they hands, stuffing they bags with it. I also noticed they stole some cutlery and of course they were filing their water bottles with the water from the restaurant which was intended for all the guests but they didn't care. Rules are definitely needed when dealing with people, when you try not to offend those people then you leave the rest of us unsatisfied. That's why we left 3 nights early even though it was paid with meals included.

Nice hotel within walking distance of most of the town. Pool needs more attention, but we were there the last week of the season. The room was good, but the bath/shower was not the easiest to get into as it was higher than normal. Room cleaned every day and cleaners and reception staff were fantastic.

Pool needs a big clean . Restaurant staff never spoke, not even to ask if you were finnished with plates and glasses they just took them from the table. On a couple occasions I had not finnished with a plate or drink, went to the bar to get something and on my return they were gone.

Vacsora ismétlődő. Darálthusbol késziett rántotthus? Medence lehetne 2C-al melegebb A reggelinél segítő személyzet (fiatal srácok) stílusa. Ami elrontotta a végén a nyaralást, az a taxi amit a hotelből hivtak nekünk távozáskor. Majdnem kétszeres árat kellett fizetnünk, mint az odaúton. Nem egyeztünk meg az árban előre, mert gondoltuk, ha a hotel hivja, akkor megbizható.

Having just read the reviews, the bad ones are completely true. We stayed here for 6 nights. The bed sheets were never changed,left without loo rolls. Balcony dirty,very high bath and dated,no sockets near a mirror, so annoying.No information or leaflets in the room.The fridge was behind a door, so felt warm. No kettle ! Glass partitions on the balconies,so no privacy. When you see the outside of the hotel in the brochure, you think it will be a lot better.The breakfast is absolutely dire,didn't bother going after day 1, the dining room is dated, not very welcoming, poor atmosphere. Cheap enough to eat out. No evening entertainment ! Could do with seating at the front of the hotel.I didn't see a life guard during my stay, also the outside shower is inadequate for the size of the pool, didn't see any rules either. Plenty of loungers, although the seat pads are not the best. The lobby bar, excellent and the staff are friendly open 24 hours, even serving hot drinks. The lady in the supermarket lovely. Location is good. We would come to Sunny Beach again, but NOT this hotel !  Please do not reply directly to this e-mail.
