Ivana Palace Hotel - Free Parking

In my opinion, the hotel doesn't deserve a 4-star rating, a 2-star at most. When I entered the room, the cleaning lady seemed to have cleaned it with a single cloth; the smell was unpleasant. It wasn't very clean. The pool was dirty, with lots of toilet paper, plasters, and sand. The breakfast was monotonous, with a poor selection. I think you can find something better at this price.

The hotel is good value for money. It is very roomy and clean with a fantastic swimming pool that is open 24/7 as is the bar. When we arrived at approx 1.30am i went to the bar for a beer and asked the girl who served me when does the bar close, she said to me " About September " i just laughed because it was such a witty answer. We got up the following morning and went down for breakfast. The only decent part of the breakfast was the toast that you made yourself and the coffee that the machine made. The fried eggs were hard and the scrambled eggs were solid it was the typical foreign bacon with slices of what i think was german sausage. Fortunately there was a place across the road called friends that served something more palatable. It was quite close to the beach but i had walking difficulties so i didn't venture down there very often. I requested a room overlooking the pool which i got on the first floor. The cleaning staff worked hard and our room was very clean. The maids were pleasant and if you needed any extra pillows they would oblige instantly. The staff in the restaurant were very moody to say the least and were only surpassed in lack of interest by the reception staff. I went to ask about contacting the rep and i had to wait until she had finished looking at her mobile phone to ask her the question. Her face dropped because she didn't know and had to get off her ass and ask someone in the back office who didn't know either. There could be some improvements made in the hotel, not in the structure or decor, but in the staff. I would like to think that the owner or manager read reviews on their hotel with a view of improving it and saw what their customers had to say.

Very clean hotel with a poolside bar, perfect for enjoying a drink or simply relaxing on a sunbed with a good book. Peaceful atmosphere, ideal for families.

Smoking is permitted on the balcony, but unfortunately the guests next to us smoked constantly, and the smell drifted onto our balcony and into our room. It would also be helpful if a bit more shampoo and body soap could be provided, as the current supply was not quite enough for three guests.

The hotel itself was pretty good, spacious rooms and nice pool. They offered to switch rooms after a terrible first night. The noise coming from guests at the bar was unbearable and had to beg reception to kindly ask them to keep it down (2 a.m).The room offered was indeed in more quiet area of the hotel.

Overall poor attitude from the staff. I was told by someone working in the hotel restaurant that we can’t order dinner at 21:30 because it’s late and they have families to go to. Reception and bar staff were a bit nicer however overall attitude was kind of bothered whenever i needed something. Sunbeds and tables by the pool were very dirty and i assume never cleaned. I ve never experienced such behavior and was very disappointed.

Местоположението е добро, буквално на 5-6 минути от плажа. Паркинга е достатъчно голям и е безплатен. Цените в магазинчето в хотела са приемливи.

Има какво повече да се желае по отношение на закуската. Малко повече разнообразие би било добре. Стаите вече имат нужда от освежаване.
