Ivana Palace Hotel - Free Parking

Достаточно чисто.Убирали каждый день. В отеле есть бар и магазинчик,все необходимое можно купить.Можно поменять деньги прямо в отеле.

Далеко от старого города.Общественный транспорт ужасный и ходит редко. Завтрак однообразный.В столовой очень холодно. Персонал не отличался любезностью. Нет сейфа в номере.

Võimas hotell, töötajad olid toredad, baaris hea hinnaga kokteilid. Hommiku ja õhtusöögil iga päev midagi uut valikus.

We stayed here for 6 days. We went to our room 341 and there was sand on the floor and mold in the bathroom.the fridge stunk. We went for breakfast the next morning and the only thing that was edible was the eggs,even the coffee was like dish water. We had to go across the road to friends for breakfast. The bar staff were amazing and friendly but the hotel staff just wanted to play on their phones and ignore the guests.

Short walk to the beach... Free private parking in front of the hotel with a ramp... Market inside of the hotel

Safety and hotel stuff... Someone has stolen money from our room and when we reported to the reception and even hotel manager everyone was quite uninterested even to listen to us and they were extremely rude couse from beginning they had a deffence attitude... So be careful, this could be just one person but could be also a quite organized team effert... I do not recommend, it was first ever holiday in Bulgaria and for sure my family will remember it... We even called a police where again after several hours of unpolite treatment we just got a message like this is not big amount of money, 100EUR, for sure people are stilling in Serbia also... What a stupid statement from police inspector, instead of at least trying to promise a kind of investigation in hotel he is saying, yes people are stilling and this is a fact... Stuff in hotel are always with poker face, serious, at restaurant especially...

Locatia, piscina, parcarea ok.

Mancarea slaba calitativ, desertul de nota 4. Nu as mai reveni.

Curățenie se făcea superficial, ca să se schimbe prosoapele trebuia să lași bani, mâncarea foarte proasta și deloc diversificată Nu mergea ventilatorul de la baie, am fost la recepție și au zis ca o să vină un tehnician, am plecat acasă și tot nu a venit. Nu recomand deloc, hotelul fiind de 4 stele teoretic, practic maxim 2 stele i as da
