Rooms were comfy. Staff were excellent and helped us when our travel plans changed unexpectedly. Good location.

I stayed here as I wished to access the bath in the morning. It wasn't until I was in it and at eye level that I saw the thick layers of filth caking the tap. I took a video to show management and also spoke to the front desk. Front desk was extremely disinterested so I emailed the video. The response was that they couldn't view the video and would speak to cleaning staff. I sent stills, and received no answer. They were happy to charge for an amenity I couldn't use. Not much respect for the customer. I'm posting here as I would want to know if I was putting toddlers into a disgusting bath like that. This was not a couple of missed cleans. I think people need to know. I would not have booked here had I known (and realised the lack of customer goodwill). It's a pity because everything else was great. It would have taken very little to have me returning on every trip to Darwin.

Location was great Loved the balcony view.

Pool was cold. Food was overpriced and not much variety.
