Eco Hotel con encanto Masía la Mota B&B

Gar nichts. Das abgelegene Hotel gibt in den weiterführenden Angaben ein Restaurant 1 Minute zu Fuss an. Wir haben nach der Buchung 2 mal per Nachricht angefragt, ob das Restaurant offen hat. Keine Antwort. Angekommen mit den Motorräder war das Haupttor geschlossen. Erst nach Minutenlangem warten öffnete eine wenig hilfreiche Person. Das angeblich gleich anliegende Restaurant war geschlossen. Am nachfolgendem Telefon mit einer zuständigen Mitarbeitenden wurde eine Kulanz einer Stornierung abgelehnt.

The area is beautiful and peaceful and the hotel is a lovely old converted farmhouse.

The restaurant which was advertised in the amenities was not open and the swimming pool was not available to be used. The use of these both was one of the reasons we booked to stay here. We had to drive miles back into Alcoy for dinner on both evenings. Breakfast was very basic with only bread, cheese and cold meat.

Allunyat del centre. Falta de professionalitat d'algunes persones del servei. No hi ha wifi. Falta de llum del parking a la recepció per la nit.
