The restaurants were not five star, not that great. There were places on the website that were open but when we got there they had been closed. We were without AC for over 24hrs and when we asked to get some kind of comp they said they couldn't because we went through Expedia not Hyatt, even though we are members of Hyatt they wouldn't give us anything.
Dinner was excellent! Portofino Restaurant. Our waiter Rigoberto was the best! Reason we ate their twice! Our hostess Vaness was very professional.

AC Broke , they wouldn’t give correct information, compensation was lacking, theyre were only 3 amazing staffs, Francisco from Pool Bar, David from Oceana and a girl Celicia or something like that from Oceana
I highly recommend visiting Secrets Playa Mujeres. They have a great variety of cuisine and dining options, the people and staffs are very friendly and helpful. However, I am giving 4 stars because our room's AC was not working, but the staff did a great job accommodating another room for us
Air conditioning didn’t work for 3 days, ants crawling in our bed, golf carts rarely picked us up to be transported around resort. Spoke with their chief concierge regarding our issues in which she said there was nothing she could do.
VIP services were awful. Air conditioning was out for 2 days in our room. So hot and humid! The complimentary CIP shopping trip was a catfish. They didn’t have a record of the spa package “upgrade “ they sold us. We will not stay here again.
Highly recommend! The staff were exceptionally lovely, super helpful, and very friendly. The resort itself has heaps to do and is very well maintained. Food and drinks were delicious! Wish we could have stayed longer.
