Food and rooms were just average. Our room had a very musky/moldy smell that didn’t dissipate even when doors were left open. Pool area was fantastic. Everyone was very kind and service was great.
Hotel needs more sign to arrive
The staff were very welcoming, we were met with Champagne and amazing room service. The property was clean and felt safe. The activitieswere so much fun.
Unbelievable location and scenery! The food and service left a lot to be desired! Friendly yes but quality and timeliness were average at best!

Staff were amazing. Food was very good and was far above the average Cancun resort. Beach was perfect. I've been coming to Cancun since 1992 and this resort experience is definitely in my top 2 as far as ratings. I would definitely recommend.
Secrets Playa Mujeres is an amazing resort - highly recommend. Friendly and attentive staff, great amenities and food, and beautiful, well maintained grounds.
We came from another all inclusive resort nearby that was much more expensive. Should have stayed here the entire time! Food was excellent, our pool waiter Edheirr was fantastic! Ate at Oceana’s 2 nights, was treated like a queen. Very happy with the experience!
